The U10 team is for players who were under 10 years of age on the first September.
About the U10's
Under 10’s rugby is where we develop and build the absolute basic skills that the players will use throughout their playing careers - passing, tackling, support, evasion, and defensive skills. Some of the squad will have moved up from the Under 9’s, others are new to Rugby, and they are all part of a squad that is designed to create a team atmosphere of fun and enjoyment.
The Under 10’s play a cut-down version of the full size game, with three man contested scrums and line-outs, and a team size of just 9 players – so that everyone gets both targeted coaching and opportunities to get the ball in game.
