Terms of Reference
The Executive
· Manage the affairs of the CB within the approved budget.
· Prepare strategies to implement policies of the General Committee. Regularly monitor, review and amend as necessary.
· Make policy recommendations to General Committee on CB and RFU matters.
· Receive, approve and act upon as necessary the recommendations of other committees.
· Approve any contracts, commitments and expenditure.
· Co-ordinate and monitor the work of the sub committees, Working Groups, Task Groups and other parties on a day to day basis
· Ensure the CB meets needs of RFU and receives full share of conditional funding.
