SLOUGH MINI RUGBY

During November 2005, Slough Rugby Club achieved
the RFU Seal of Approval and the Sport England
Clubmark. These prestigious awards confirm the excellent work that we
are doing to ensure that the Slough Mini's & Junior's can play rugby
in a safe, effective and child-friendly environment. It demonstrates the
commitment of the club, its officials, the parents and the children to
ensuring that Slough Mini & Junior Rugby continues to
progress.
Slough Rugby Club runs a
range of mini & junior rugby groups from the under 7's to the under
13's. We meet most Sundays between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, commencing at the
beginning of September and finishing at the end of April. Please check the
fixture list to confirm location, as we do participate in a number of
tournaments during the course of the season which involve playing away
fixtures at local clubs.

The section provides a good grounding in rugby skills and
provides a fantastic social network of friends, both for the player's and
parent's. Tea, Coffee and Bacon rolls are available in the club house during
training hours.After training free hotdogs are provided to all player's and the
purchase of sweets available from the tuck shop.
