NORFOLK V SUFFOLK
The Suffolk side can hold there heads high after a very competitive 22 - 12 loss to Norfolk. Again the Suffolk side were slow starting and at half time found themselves 19 - 0 down. The second half saw some great rugby from the Suffolk side and this resulted to tries from Hill and Clasby and a very fine conversion from Le Marquand. Suffolk may have lost both games this season but have put themselves in a great position for the next few years with putting together such a good squad that will only become better the more they play together.
The Suffolk senior team went down 13 - 5 to Cambridge on Wednesday night in a game that they know they could have won. It was easy to see that the Cambridge side had been training together for 5 weeks and the Suffolk side only one. Suffolk will now have to hope Norfolk can beat Cambridge and they can go and win against Norfolk.
