Suffolk Youth Rugby Information U16s 2008-2009
Welcome to Suffolk Rugby.
SELECTION AND TRAINING
The first session for U16s is on Wednesday 29 October 2008 from 1.30pm at Colchester Rugby Club for those boys who have been invited to attend. Please be there in good time to register and complete forms if necessary. For boys who played for Suffolk last year, there will be no need to complete a new details form, but if you have moved, changed phone no, e-mail address etc, then you will need to complete an Amendment Form. New boys will need to complete a Details Form and a Parental Consent form. These can all be downloaded from the website at Youth Forms.
TRAINING KIT
Tracksuits and polo shirts are available to buy this year online from Tylers Sportswear www.tylers-sportswear.co.uk Please order as soon as possible after squad selection in order for delivery to be made before the first match.
If the cost of the kit is a problem, please contact Ann Were. All contact will be treated in the strictest confidence.

MATCH KIT
If selected to play in a match against another county, then you will be provided on the day with Suffolk shirt, shorts and socks, for which there is no charge. These must be returned to your coach immediately after the match. PLEASE DO NOT KEEP THIS KIT – we don’t have the funds to replace it.
After playing a match against another county for the first time you will be awarded a Suffolk tie, for which there is no charge (this only applies to players new this season). A charge will be made for a replacement for a lost tie.
TRAINING KIT AND TIES MUST HAVE NAME TAPES SEWN ON. EVERY SEASON A NUMBER OF ITEMS ARE LOST IN CLUB CHANGING ROOMS AND WE REGRET THAT SUFFOLK RUGBY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOYS’ KIT AND ANY REPLACEMENTS HAVE TO BE PAID FOR. PLEASE USE A NAMED BAG AND ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING ARE PUT IN YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE CHANGING ROOMS FOR TRAINING OR MATCH. WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL CLOTHES ARE LABELLED AND THAT VALUABLES ARE NOT LEFT IN THE CHANGING ROOMS.
