For any disciplinary issues within the club, the following actions will take place
A meeting will be arranged at the earliest opportunity to review the incident. RFU body are carried out.
A minimum of 3 Vipers Committee members must be present at the meeting - Secretary (or appointed representative) and 2 other committee members.
They committee members will review the incident with those involved from the Vipers RFC.
If required the Secretary will contact other clubs for further information / clarification.
The committee members present will agree any internal action required
The Secretary will respond to any relevant body with the details of the review and actions taken i.e. LRU Disciplinary Secretary.
