CB Coaching Development RDP

In conjunction with the Rugby Development Officers:

• Establish Club and Schools Coach Education Programme
• Undertake Coach development and identification
• Provide Coach mentor, assessor and tutor programmes
• Establish a Coach database and tracking system
• Recommend appointment of coaches to playing squads
