Coach Recruitment

The RFU wants ease the process of coach recruitment and foster long-lasting relationships between community clubs and top coaches.

For coaches looking for a suitable club, or clubs looking for an appropriate coach, the RFU’s Community Rugby Forum is the ideal place to advertise the opportunity.

All you need to do is register on the RFU website and then you will be able to access the forum and post your specific details.

For those already registered, visit the RFU website login page to enter the site, and then access the Community Coaching Forum to upload your information.

Try to include as much information on your post as possible, detailing your club’s requirements or your coaching skills, pedigree and qualifications. Perhaps your first XV’s backline needs some imagination with ball in hand or as a coach you specialise in defensive organisation.

Coaches looking for a club are advised to include: name, age, coaching level, experience, location, willingness to travel, level of commitment envisaged, and, most importantly, contact details.

Clubs looking for a coach are advised to include: club name, league level, address, benefits, teams that require coaching (women’s, veterans, colts etc), disciplines that require special attention, and, most importantly, contact details.

Also, please include any information which is specific to your situation.
