England Student Trials
The first England Students trial of the 2010/11 season will take place at the University of Loughborough on December 14 and 15, 2010. The format of the first trial will be for the three regional teams to play each other over the two days. A nomination form and playing CV must be submitted by Friday November 26, 2010 to the respective Regional Team Manager for all players wishing to be considered for their Regional team.
A group of selectors will be watching games throughout the season. A final trial and squad preparation for the England Students International fixtures will be held at the University of Loughborough on January 4 and 5 2011.
Step By Step Nomination Process
- For teams in Premier A and B, complete your match report form after every game.
- Nomination Forms will be sent via email by the Rugby Football Union to every institution.
- Nomination Forms must be sent to your Regional Team Manager by Friday, November 26, 2010.
- The England Students Team Manager and coaches will liaise with the Regional Team Managers to select a squad of 24 players to represent their region and will communicate directly to the players with arrangements for the England Students trials.
