Rugby is gearing up for a big weekend - with England's women taking on New Zealand in a World Cup final and the big kick-off for the 12 Aviva Premiership sides.

England's women booked their place in Sunday's clash at the Twickenham Stoop with a 15-0 win over Australia and we hear from captain Catherine Spencer and flanker Maggie Alphonsi - as well their rivals from the Black Ferns in skipper Melissa Ruscoe and wing Carla Hopea.

Spencer is relishing the build-up to the big game against the current champions. "We know we can beat them," she told the RFU Podcast. "The two Tests in November showed us that and gave us confidence and through the four games in this tournament we've got better and better. I can't wait to lead the team out on Sunday."
