Martin Johnson was appointed in April last year as England Team Manager. He had enjoyed a glittering  career as a lock, winning 84 England caps, leading his country in 39 matches, of which 34 produced victories, and becoming the first England captain to lift the Webb Ellis Cup as 2003 RWC winners.

A highly-regarded scrum half, Gary Street started his rugby career at Aston Old Edwardians in 1986 – a club he played for until 2004. During that 18 year period he also ran out for Greater Birmingham and the North Midlands.
