What Type of Rugby Player Are You?
This workshop will investigate different fitness attributes and their relevance on the field of rugby.
Students will learn how speed, strength, power, endurance and agility are essential to the modern game and how different combinations of each are vital to different positions on the rugby field.
Students will be asked to assemble their own all-star teams based on what they have learnt.
