How To Be a Rugby Fitness Coach
This workshop will investigate different fitness attributes and their relevance on the field of rugby.
Students will learn how speed, strength, power, endurance and agility are essential to the modern game and how different combinations of each are vital to different positions on the rugby field.
Students will learn the specialist training exercises employed by top rugby coaches to develop and improve each type of fitness.
Students will be asked to devise a training regime tailored to the needs of top England professional rugby players.
