St Barts Men's Rugby 2nd Team are looking for a volunteer coach to provide support to the developing 2nd team players during training and on match days.

This position is suited to a coach who is starting on the coaching pathway and who would like to gain valuable skills and experience in the delivery of rugby union.

No UKCC required.

This position is to be mentored by UKCC Level 4 Coach and the RFU Coaching Development Team.

The successful coach will be provided with a support framework of a UKCC Rugby Level 4 coach, who will provide mentoring and guidance on all areas of delivering a successful rugby programme. The RFU coaching development team will also assist the coach throughout the year with guidance and support, enabling the coach to reach the next level of coaching rugby union.

The successful coach will be given opportunities to access funded RFU coaching qualifications in return for volunteer hours with the club.

Training times and venue are TBC, however the position will require you to be able to access a training facility in East London on a Monday evening and, potentially, matches on a Wednesday afternoon.
