The England Clubs & Schools U18s programme is seeking to appoint an Honorary Chairman for the North Division.
The Chairman is responsible for ensuring that the RFU’s objectives, as set out in the Operations Manual, are achieved at Divisional level by providing a development programme for players, managers, coaches and selectors. They will attend the Divisional Player Development Forum meetings and the National Delivery team meetings. The applicant should be respected as a person of authority within the game, preferably with a background in Constituent Body rugby. They will demonstrate the organisational and management skills commensurate with such a position, combined with tact and diplomacy.
