The Rugby Football Union (RFU) will host Rugby World Cup 2015 in England and has established England Rugby 2015 Limited as a 100% subsidiary company to act as the organising entity for the tournament. The company has its own Board of Directors, led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with the overall aim of delivering the best ever Rugby World Cup.
We are currently looking for a Team Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Rugby Operations department. This role will have a varied administrative workload as a central resource within the team. This role will report to the Rugby World Cup Operations Director.
- Assist with diary management
- Arrange meetings and make appropriate arrangements
- Booking travel arrangements
- Preparation for meetings including PowerPoint presentations and collating meeting information packs
- General administration including expenses and maintenance of department files
- Support to the Rugby Operations senior management team
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. They should have previous experience of working in an administrative role and extensive knowledge of MS applications. Previous experience of working in a busy and results driven office environment is essential.
The role will commence in February 2013 and will last until at least November 2015.
