How did you get to where you are today?
I started as a casual member of staff just after the Rugby World Cup in 2003, then became a permanent member of staff on the shop floor. I then moved to York Street Twickenham town centre store to manage the shop there and then came back to become the manager of the the flagship store in the Stadium, which is open every day of the year except Christmas day.
Why did you join the RFU?
I always wanted to work for the RFU as I love rugby and it’s an incredible organisation to be a part of.
What do you enjoy most about working for the RFU?
I enjoy working with my colleagues, the excitement of working match days and obviously meeting the hunky England players at the stadium gym or in the shop.
What is your take on Rugby?
I think rugby is one the greatest sports invented.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Unfortunately my mortgage, two houses that my husband and I are renovating and all our others bills that need paying are my reasons to get out of bed. But to be fair I don’t think that I could have picked a better place to work to enable me to do this.
