How did you get to where you are today?
I am a huge sports enthusiast and I managed to get a part time job with the RFU. I must have impressed various people and I worked very hard to get my current role as Development Officer for Middlesex
Why did you join the RFU?
Passionate about rugby, especially the grass roots and community game.
What does your role involve?
Looking after local community clubs of all levels, helping to develop these clubs making them better organised and more sustainable. Managing Community Rugby Coaches in Middlesex and making sure that local kids are getting the opportunity to be coached and to play. Generally managing the rugby relationships in the London area.
What do you enjoy most about working for the RFU?
Flexibility of hours, working as part of a team, following your passion as a job.
What is your take on Rugby?
Ultimate team game.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Obscenely annoying alarm tone.
What does the future hold for you both at the RFU and your career?
Not sure about career in general but target at the moment is to keep impressing people with the job and work hard to secure successful future in Sports sector.
