Welcome to Bank of England RFC
The 1st XV are currently playing in the Powergen London 4 North West league that offers a tough and very competitive level of rugby. Promotion is definitely the goal for this season as we have won this league on the previous two occasions we played in it.
The 2nd XV play in the Middlesex Merit Table – Division 1, a division that they have played in since its’ inception. The level of rugby is very competitive in this league but tends to suit those players who can’t train as often as they should. The Bank has proud history in this competition and last won it in the 2004/05 season and aim to repeat this feat in the coming season.
The 3rd XV play in the Middlesex Merit Table – Division 5 and tend to be a tad more social with more focus on the number of beers after the game than the tries during the game. It’s great for a social game of rugby but also great if you’re learning to play the game.
The Bank offers Mini and Youth rugby, which since it began, has proved a massive success and is continuing to expand and will hopefully attract more future stars of the club.
Our ethos: We Aim to provide a strong sense of enjoyment and friendship for all, both on and off the field in a fun and exciting atmosphere
