How to use the gift card:  GiftCards may be presented as full or part payment for purchases in-store, online at www.rfu.com/therugbystore or via mail order 08712222003.  Note not all mobile Rugby Store trailers or sales units may be able to accept gift cards as payment.
 
Once activated this gift card can be used as full or part payment of any goods via The Rugby Store Twickenham or online at www.rfu.com/therugbystore; Twickenham Stadium Tour & Museum of Rugby visits and other promotions as advised in the full website t&c's. Please note not all mobile trailers /sales units may have facilities redeem cards this may include sales units on the concourse and at festival or shows.
The card can not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
No change can be given but the balance can be applied against future purchases. 
If goods purchased with the gift card are returned or exchanged any refund or or monies owning will be added to the balance on the card.
The minimum amount required to activate this card is £1; the maximum amount is £1000
This card will expire with 24 months of consecutive non use and balance remaining will be deducted, usage includes balance enquiries.
Please protect this card and treat it as cash, the balance can not be returned to if lost or stolen. 
Your balance will be shown on your receipt every time you use the card to make a purchase in store
