The professional game has sadly had to come to terms with the tragic deaths of Nick Duncombe, Soa Otuvaka and Chris Mallet due to fatal illness, and the traumatic injuries of Andy Blyth and more recently Matt Hampson. Through the PRA Benevolent Fund, the PRA are able to assist players with the necessary medical costs, as well as provide a support network which the player or family can turn to for advice or encouragement.

The Tag Rugby Development Trust is a unique charity that takes volunteers to developing countries around the world to teach tag rugby to underprivileged children.
Volunteers come from all walks of life but have a common aim: to provide kids with their rights to play, to be educated and, most of all, to have fun.
You don’t need special kit, and nor do you have to be a qualified rugby coach. TRDT will provide any training and will use your existing skills appropriately.
