Barking v Nuneaton    

 

11th placed Nuneaton travel to second bottom Barking looking to knowing a win could move them up four places in the league table.

 

Barking are looking to avoid a sixth straight win and try and close the gap on Bradford & Bingley who they trail by four points.

At home this season they have a poor record with just one win in ten matches all season.

 

Nuneaton ran leaders Esher close at Liberty Way last Saturday before going down 33-29. It was their fifth defeat in six matches as they look to return to form.

On the road Nuneaton have managed to pick up just two wins in 11 matches so far this season.

 

Nuneaton were 28-10 winners when the sides met at Liberty Way earlier in the season.

 

Prediction: Away win for Nuneaton by eight points at Barking.              

 

 

 

Bradford & Bingley v Wharfedale    

 

12th placed Bradford & Bingley entertain seventh placed Wharfedale looking to try and finish the season positively despite relegation back to National Three North.   

 

Bradford & Bingley are looking to avoid a fifth straight defeat with a win at Wagon Lane over their Yorkshire rivals. At home this season they have managed just two wins in ten matches.

 

Wharfedale are unbeaten in their last four matches with three wins and a draw and are level on points with sixth placed Stourbridge but have an inferior points difference.

On the road they have managed just four wins in 11 matches to date.

 

Wharfedale were 18-10 winners at Threshfields when the sides met earlier in the season.

 

Prediction: Away win for Wharfedale at Wagon Lane over their Yorkshire rivals by 10 points.              

 

 

 

Esher v Blackheath    

 

Leaders Esher entertain fifth placed Blackheath as they close in on the National Two League title.  

 

Esher are looking to make it six wins in a row and could depending on the results this Saturday wrap up the title.

At home they have a great record winning ten out of 11 matches to date this season in the league.

 

Blackheath are looking to make it four wins in a row but will be hard pushed at league leaders Esher.

On the road they have managed just four wins in ten matches to date this season.  

 

Esher are looking to do the double over Blackheath having won 46-10 at the Rectory Fields earlier in the season.

 

 

Prediction: Home win for Esher by 10 points over Blackheath.              

 

 

 

Halifax v Henley Hawks    

 

Ninth placed Halifax have a home fixture against third placed Henley Hawks as they look to return to winning ways.

 

Halifax have lost form of late and are looking to avoid a third straight defeat after a spell of four defeats in five matches.

At home this season they have a good record with seven wins in 11 matches.

 

Henley Hawks dropped to third last Saturday with the Cornish All Blacks winning their catch up match and moving a point above them in the table.

On the road they have a good record with eight wins form 11 matches.

   

Henley Hawks were 34-13 winners at Dry Leas when the sides met earlier in the season. 

 

Prediction:  Henley Hawks to win away at Halifax by eight points.              

 

 

 

Cornish All Blacks v Harrogate    

 

Second placed Cornish All Blacks take on bottom of the table Harrogate looking for all five points to maintain their one point lead over third placed Henley Hawks.  

 

Cornish All Backs are looking to make it five wins in six matches with a third straight win.

At Polson Bridge they have a good record with nine wins in 11 matches to date this season.  

 

Harrogate have lost 20 matches in a row now winning just once with only Orrell having a worse record in the National Leagues.

On the road they have lost all 11 matches managing just one losing bonus point along the way.

 

Harrogate suffered their heaviest home defeat of the season when they went

down 62-0 when the sides met earlier in the season.

 

Prediction: Home win for the Cornish All Blacks by 20 points over bottom of the table Harrogate.               

 

 

 

Manchester v Redruth    

 

10th placed Manchester entertain fourth placed Redruth looking to return to winning ways.

 

Manchester have had a bad run recently with three straight defeats to drop a few places in the table.

At home they have five wins and a draw from 10 matches.

 

Redruth top the Form Guide with five wins and a draw in their last six matches. They are looking for a third straight win and they look to consolidate fourth spot in the table.

On the road they have six wins and a draw from 11 matches to date this season.

 

Redruth were 24-3 winners when the sides met earlier in the season down in Cornwall. 

 

 

Prediction: Redruth to pick up an away win at Manchester by six points.               

 

 

 

Stourbridge v Cambridge    

 

Sixth placed Stourbridge take on eighth placed Cambridge looking to return to winning ways.

 

Stourbridge have lost form of late and managed just one win in their last six matches and could drop out of the first six for the first time this season with a defeat here.

At home they have a done well this season with seven wins in 11 matches.

 

Cambridge are one of the form sides in the division as they go looking for a fifth straight win.

On the road they have struggled all season managing just two wins in 11 matches.

 

Stourbridge are looking to do the double over Cambridge having won 32-10 there earlier in the season.  

 

Prediction: Home win for Stourbridge over Cambridge by five points.
