The RFU is pleased to announce the issue of a new tranche of personal debentures at Twickenham Stadium.

A limited number of 1000 debentures are being offered for immediate sale with a start date of 1 September 2008.

For the first time since 1995, seats in the East and West Stands are being offered to the public and demand for them is sure to be very high. The seats on offer are between the 22m and goal lines in the Lower and Middle tiers of the East and West Stands, although seats are available more centrally in the East and West Upper tiers.

While the debentures are for 75 years and will become repayable at par in 2083, they do not bear interest and the ticket rights are for the first 10 years only.

The debentures are priced at £6750 each and are limited to four per person. They may not be purchased by or on behalf of businesses and full payment is required on application. In order to apply for debentures, applicants must be in membership with a club or constituent body affiliated to the RFU and applications will only be accepted with the counter-signature of a club official whose details appear on the RFU’s Rugby First database.

Seating will be allocated in order of receipt of the forms at the sole discretion of the RFU, but applicants may request in which stand and tier they would prefer to be seated.

There are a limited number of Business debentures in the South Stand, with access to the debenture lounge from November 2008, still available at a cost of £14,000 each for 15 years’ ticket rights. Details of these debentures can be found at www.rfu.com/debentures
