1. These are the terms and conditions governing the competition. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by them.
2. The promoter of the competition is Nintendo UK, a branch of Nintendo of Europe GmbH, of Mansour House, 188 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 3GA (“Nintendo”).
3. Entrants to this competition must be 16 years or older at the date of entry, resident in the UK and in good physical health. Proof of age may be required and participation in the prize session will be at all times at the discretion of the organisers.
4. No employees of Nintendo or the Rugby Football Union (or their subsidiaries and related companies) or their relatives, representatives or agents may enter the competition.
5. Entries must be submitted on or before the closing date or will be deemed to be invalid. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The competition winners will be chosen at random by an independent judge from all qualifying entries. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7. Prize winners will be notified by email (to the address submitted in the winners’ applications) by Friday 4th April 2008.
8. Details of the prize winners can be obtained by writing to “Train with Lawrence Competition”, Nintendo UK, Mansour House, 188 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire SL1 3GA.
9. The prizes will be provided within 10 weeks ofthe closing date. The prizes are subject to availability and Nintendo reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of a comparable value. There are no cash alternatives for the prizes.
10. The prizes do not include the cost of travel, accommodation or any other expenses unless explicitly agreed in advance and in writing by Nintendo.
11. All entrants agree that if they are a winner of a prize they will take part in any promotional activity reasonably requested by Nintendo and/or the RFU and consent to the use of their name and country being supplied to other entrants in accordance with paragraph 8.
12. Neither Nintendo nor the RFU shall have any liability (other than for death or personal negligence caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded) for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct or indirect, caused to entrants in connection with the competition or the prizes.
13. Nintendo reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive discretion to decide any dispute arising under them. |
