In 11 matches at home they have only lost the once when going down 22-5 to Waterloo.
Stourbridge are looking for a fourth straight win since losing away at Blaydon and have won 11 out of their last 12 league matches and in those 11 wins they have only given up two losing bonus points .
In 11 matches on the road they have won eight times losing at Blaydon, Redruth and Blackheath failing to pick up any sort of bonus point in any of the matches.
When the sides met earlier in the season, Manchester left Stourton Park with a narrow 11-8 win.
Leaders Otley are at home to 11th placed Redruth looking to return to winning ways and stay ahead of the two challengers.
Otley are now just two points clear at the top of the table with both Stourbridge and Manchester within striking distance but when them two meeting on Saturday a win for Otley will put them in a strong position for a top two finish at least.
They were beaten last time out by Stourbridge convincingly 41-23 after a run of 12 consecutive wins since they lost at home to Stourbridge in November.
They have won 11 out of 12 at home this season including the last five and have yet to give up a losing bonus point.
Redruth are fourth bottom but some 17 points clear of Henley Hawks and the third relegation spot so it would need the most amazing circumstances for Redruth to be drawn back into the struggle for survival.
After a few big defeats early in the season Redruth have tightened up in defence and have the fourth meanest defence in the division and if you add in the 10 points they were deducted for the Cambridge Affair they would be seventh.

Otley were narrow 13-7 away day winners down in Cornwall when the sides met earlier in the season.
Fourth placed Blackheath are involved in a Kent derby against Westcombe Park in a match sure to draw the day’s biggest crowd.
Blackheath are seven points ahead of their Kent rivals with four matches remaining and a win here will all but guarantee they finish above Combe in the final table, a win for Combe would make it interesting for the bragging rights in Kent for the season.
Not much to separate them defensively with both sides conceding 502 points and in attack Combe have out scored Heath by 15 points.
After a run of three successive defeats Blackheath have won three of their last four scoring over 30 points in each of the wins, which were all at the Rectory Field.
In 11 matches on the road they have five wins and six defeats but have lost their last three on their travels by at least 22 points.
Combe are looking to avoid a third straight defeat since beating Redruthm40-14 at the start of the month at Goddington Dene.
At home they have seven wins and three defeats and a draw, two of the defeats have been at the hands of high flyers Otley and Manchester and they lost out by a point to Manchester in a high scoring match 32-31.
Earlier in the season Combe were 34-19 winners at The Rectory Field.
Sixth placed Cambridge are away at bottom of the table Halifax looking for a win to improve their poor away record.
Halifax have suffered 18 straight defeats since beating Southend back in September 37-34.
They have just the one win all season collecting just two try bonus points and three losing bonus points form their 21 defeats.
They have lost ten out of 11 at home this season with all three of their losing bonus points coming at home.
After a run of three straight defeats at the turn of the year Cambridge have put together a good run of five wins in six matches to climb the table and they defeat was away at Blaydon.
On the road they have a dreadful record with nine defeats in 11 matches with two wins coming at Waterloo and Henley Hawks and they have only managed two losing bonus points in the nine defeats.
When the sides met earlier in the season Cambridge were 20-8 winners.
Seventh placed Southend take on eighth placed Wharfedale at Threshfields with the Yorkshire side closing to within four points of their visitors and a place in the top half of the table.
Southend have out scored Wharfedale by 91 points this season but the Yorkshire side has the better defensive record.
After a four match losing run Southend have come back with successive wins over Waterloo and Henley Hawks.
On the road they have a poor record with two wins and eight defeats although last time out they pick up an excellent away win at Waterloo.
Wharfedale after looking like they might be dragged into the relegation battle have won three of their last four matches to climb away form the relegation zone and a place in the top half of the table is in the offing.
At Threshfields this season they have struggled but recently put together a four match winning run after suffering three successive defeats, with the last two wins against the Kent pair Blackheath and Westcombe Park.
When they met for the first time ever in league rugby earlier in the season Southend were home winners, 32-21.
Ninth placed Waterloo are at away at 10th placed Blaydon with just a point separating them in the league table
Waterloo have a far better points difference having conceded nearly 160 fewer than their North East opponents but Blaydon have scored 40 points more.
They ended a six match losing run last time out when they were 30-8 winners at home to Wharfedale.
On the road they have a terrible record this season with eight defeats in 11 matches, they have won twice and drawn once but lost their last three. In the eight defeats they managed just two losing bonus points.
Blaydon have slipped to successive defeats after a run of four wins in five matches took them clear of the relegation battle and secured a second season of Rugby at this level.
At Crow Trees this season they have a good record with seven wins and three defeats in their 10 matches and have won their last three.
Waterloo were 26-12 winners when they met at Blundellsands earlier in the season.
Henley Hawks take on Nuneaton as third bottom entertains second bottom with three points between them.
Henley Hawks have lost their last four matches and only won one of their last 11 and are all but relegated after that run of form.
They are 17 points behind Redruth and would need the Cornish side to lose their remaining four games and they would have to win all theirs which is highly unlikely.
They have lost their last six at home after a four match winning run early in the season and in current run of six defeats they have only twice taken a losing bonus point.
Nuneaton down already as the cannot over haul Redruth they can match them for points but would lose out on the most wins rule. They have out scored the Hawks this season by over 100 points, but conceded over 130 more.
After a win at Halifax in February they have slipped to back to back defeats and although they have done better in the second half of the season the damage was already done.
On the road they have managed just the one win at Halifax and lost the other nine picking up three losing bonus points along the way.
The Hawks were 10-3 winners at Liberty Way earlier in the season.
