Honorary Assistant Coach, England Students
The England Students squad, representing university students in the Community game, is looking to appoint an Honorary Assistant Coach.
The Assistant Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the planning and development of the coaching programme, in particular the outcomes delegated to them. The Assistant Coach will also advise the Head Coach on the starting line up of players for each game.
The applicant should have the required level of knowledge to enable the players to achieve their potential for England. Whilst the post holder will be offered a high degree of flexibility to fulfil the above Roles and Responsibilities by utilising their personal strengths the following time commitments would appear to be the minimum required to successfully fulfil the demands of the post.
§ Attend England Students Trials.
§ Attend all Squad training sessions.
§ Attend all England Students matches
§ Attend the England Students end of season review
The successful applicant will receive an honorarium payment of £1,000 and all applicable travel expenses.
