Check out our weekly preview and predictions ahead of this weekends fixtures.
Barking v North Walsham
With just two wins in their last six matches Barking have fallen off the pace of late and need to start beating the teams above them to try and claw back some points if they are to have any chance of a play off place. They are eight points behind leaders Blackheath and four and two points behind Launceston and North Walsham.
Victory here would see them draw level with North Walsham on 24 points.
North Walsham are another side to have fallen off the pace slightly and have suffered three defeats in their last five matches.
North Walsham on the road have a 4-4 record this season which they need to improve on if they are to catch the top two.
Barking have already lost three times at home this season to teams they should be beating if they harbour real promotion ambitions, with Old Patesians, Tabard and Weston leaving with the points.

Basingstoke v Tabard
After ending a dreadful run of defeats with a win at Weston super Mare last Saturday, Basingstoke will be looking for home advantage to make it back to back wins as they look to improve their league position. Tabard are a strange side who have notched up some spectacular wins this season but followed with defeats that don’t add up.
Tabard are going for the double in this fixture having already won 39-15 in the home fixture between the two sides.
On the road this season Tabard have already picked up four wins from their five matches and will need to be wary of Ian Calder and his men. When they went to Weston they were 21-5 losses but last Saturday Basingstoke left with both points after a 16-15 success.
Team news:
Prediction: Tabard win by 14 points.

Dings Crusaders v Southend
This is a huge game for Dings Crusaders as they look to improve their recent run of three straight wins and maybe join 11th placed Westcombe Park on 13 points if Park fail to over come Weston super Mare at home.
They will have a tough match against a Southend side that have won three in a row and for out of their last six to move up to eighth in the league table.
Southend were home winners when the sides met earlier in the season with a convincing 44-25 victory.
Team news:
Prediction: Dings to make use of home advantage with seven point win.

Launceston v Old Colfeians
Second placed Launceston entertain second bottom Old Colfeians looking to keep the pressure on leaders Blackheath who have a tricky match away at Redruth.
Launceston will be looking to secure the win but also improve their points difference which is some way behind Blackheath’s and could come into the equation later in the season.
Old Colfeians have picked up just the one away win this season a narrow one point success at Dings Crusaders. Launceston at home have won seven out of eight with only Blackheath leaving with the points.
When the sides met at Horn Park earlier in the season the Cornishmen ran out 32-3 winners.
Team news:
Prediction: Comfortable home win by 20 points plus.

Old Patesians v Haywards Heath
Old Patesians go into this match looking for a sixth straight win s they look to catch Southend and Tabard two points ahead of them in the National Three South league table.
A win for Haywards Heath would see them join Old Patesians on 16 points and move them further clear of the relegation zone.
Away form home Haywards Heath have picked up three wins in eight matches but might find this one just out of their reach.
Haywards Heath are going for the double in this fixture having beaten Old Patesians quite comfortably at home 43-16.
Team news:
Prediction: Home win by 14 points.

Redruth v Blackheath
Potential banana skin for Blackheath as they travel to Redruth four points clear at the top of the table from Launceston but they have played two games more.
Redruth have won their last two matches and last time out at home they beat North Walsham and have beaten Barking as well at home this season so Blackheath will need to be at their best.
Blackheath away from home have picked up six wins out of eight but failed to take the points at Tabard and Westcombe Park so will not be taking this game lightly.
When the side met at Blackheath the home side ran out comfortable winners 40-19.
Team news:
Prediction: Away win by less than seven points.

Westcombe Park v Weston super Mare
After five successive defeats Westcombe Park need to turn that run round otherwise they could find Dings Crusaders joining them on 13 points and well and truly involved the relegation fight.
Weston super Mare have also lost form of late and go into the match looking to end a three match losing run which continued last week with a home loss to Dings Crusaders.
Weston go to Goddington Dene looking to complete a double over Park having already beaten them 38-27 at home earlier in the season.
Weston have actually done well away from home this season with five wins and four defeats to date which is one of the better away records in the division.
Team news:
Prediction: Home win less than seven points.
