Darlington MP v Halifax
After losing at home last weekend to New Brighton 25-23, Darlington MP will be keen to return to winning ways as they entertain top of the table Halifax. The Yorkshire club were in the North East last weekend when they triumphed at Tynedale 14-3.
Halifax need to win to keep the pressure on Waterloo and will be looking to complete the double over DMP having already won the home fixture 25-14 last November.
Team news:
Prediction: Tough call could go either way but will go away win by seven points.

Fylde v Darlington
Interesting game this one with Fylde having to start favourites but now that Darlington have managed that first away win of the season can they get a second in match that was called off early in the season with Darlington having front row problems.
A win for the visitors would see them move above Fylde in the league table but they will have to overcome a Fylde side that is looking for a fourth consecutive league success.
Darlington have won three of their last four and have a better points difference than Fylde scoring more and conceding fewer points to date in the season.
This is the first time they have ever met in a league match.
Team news: Fylde continue to struggle with a catalogue of injured forwards following Dylan O'Grady's unfortunate knee injury on Saturday. Grant Ferguson was also limping around the Woodlands that day with the ankle knock he picked up at New Brighton. Prop Os Van der Walt is also struggling with an ankle injury although it was good to see Emmett Wallace out of his main plaster cast following badly damaging his ankle ligaments against Waterloo. Jon Webster didn't seem to suffer any effects from his hamstring when he came on to replace back victim Neil Hilton against LSH. Long term injury victim prop Iain Fawcett, who seriously damaged his cruciate knee ligaments in New Zealand last summer, is still hopeful of some match action at the end of the season. On the positive side, Craig McIntyre's excellent performance at wing forward on Saturday gives the coaching staff extra options, particularly coinciding with Alex Moffatt's equally impressive display at hooker and Roger Banks' versatile return at lock and No 8. However, flanker Mark Briggs's cut leg against New Brighton plus Jon Kay's continuing absence means that the backrow cupboard is pretty depleted.
Prediction: Narrow home win by seven points.

Kendal v Macclesfield
Both sides were beaten at home last weekend and will be keen to return to winning ways as they are both not mathematically safe from relegation yet but it would need some major changes in form for them to be dragged into it.
Macclesfield were surprisingly beaten at home by Darlington last weekend where they have a reasonable good record of six wins and a draw from 10 matches but away from home have managed just two wins in nine.
Kendal at Mint Bridge this season have picked up six wins in nine matches.
Team news:
Prediction: Home win for Kendal by 10 points.

Longton v Liverpool St Helens
Longton will fancy their chances of a second league win of the season when they play host to a struggling Liverpool St Helens.
When the sides met at Moss Lane earlier in the season it was a very close affair with LSH just taking the points in a 20-16 victory.
LSH go into the match on the back of five straight defeats and the result before that was a draw so just one point out of the last 12 has seen them sink into the relegation zone along with Longton.
Team news: Longton make minimal changes following last weeks encouraging performance going down away to Blaydon. Longton have enjoyed close ties with Liverpool over the years having supplied a number of players in their hey days, including present day Captain Tim Wood. Ian Wright moves to second row, in the backs Rob Wheat switches to centre with Rich McCartney at full back and the experienced Carl Howson comes in on the wing. Longton will be hoping to avenge their narrow defeat at Liverpool by 4 points in a close run affair.
The team for Saturday's home game against Liverpool St Helens is:
1. Tim Wareham, 2. Craig Wilson, 3. John Brookes, 4. Gary Turner, 5. Ian Wright 6. Dave Bennion, 7. Paul Sheldon, 8. Tim Wood (Captain), 9. James Gabriel, 0. Tony Wheat, 11. Ed Lochee-Bayne, 12. Rob Wheat, 13. Paul Green, 14. Carl Howson, 15. Rich McCartney
16. Marshall Gadd, 17. Simon Harrison, 18. Rich Kelly, 19. Tom Pearson
Prediction: Longton home win by 12 points.

Preston v Waterloo
Not the sort of game that Preston needed as a catch up game as they would love to build on last week’s success over Dudley Kingswinford but this may well be a game to far for them against the unbeaten Waterloo who start strong favourites.
Hoppers have won two of their last three but are still three wins away from catching Dudley who are in 11th place in the National Three North league table in the safety zone.
Team news:
Prediction: Away win by 14 points.
