Exeter Chiefs v Bristol Shoguns

Exeter will start favourites in this clash with the Shoguns at the County ground on Saturday.

Sixth placed Exeter are likely to finish in this position as they are two points behind Otley above them who have an away trip to Manchester to finish their season.

Bristol are ninth in National One and will remain their regardless of the result.

Henley Hawks v Bedford Blues

Must win game for the Hawks at home to the Blues as they look to avoid the drop back down to National Two.

Bedford are in seventh at present and are likely to remain there win or lose.

Manchester v Otley

Relegated Manchester play their last National One match with a home fixture against 5th placed Otley at Grove Park.

Otley will be motivated that a win would guarantee them fifth placed with sixth placed Exeter two points behind them and a home fixture against Bristol to finish their season.

Manchester will be looking to try and sign off with a win and stop Otley making it four in a row as they finish the season strongly.

Team news:

Prediction:  Away win for Otley by 15 points.

Orrell v London Welsh

Second placed Orrell entertain eighth placed London Welsh at Edge Hall Road looking for a 22nd win of the season.

The Welsh are in eighth place in the table and a win could see them move up a place in the table and catch Bedford if they were to lose at Henley Hawks. But after successive defeats the Welsh will find this a match to far and slip too a third successive defeat.

Team news:

Prediction:  Home win for Orrell by 20 points plus.

Plymouth Albion v Penzance & Newlyn

Albion have had a great second half of the season and will look to sign off at Brickfields with a good win to reward their fans who have given them great support this season at the new ground.

Third place is a fantastic achievement for Albion but how they push on for bigger glories in the interesting conundrum they face.

The Pirates after rising the table to get out of the relegation zone have picked up just one win in the last five and likely to be one in six after this match.

Team news:

Prediction:  Home win for Albion against the Pirates.

Wakefield v Coventry

Game of the day at College Grove with both sides facing the possibility of relegation into National Two after this match as they fight to avoid the second relegation place in National One.

Wakefield have home advantage but neither side has any form as such to take into the match. Both have won just one of their last six matches, Wakefield were home winners against Penzance whilst Coventry managed a home success over Manchester last Saturday. .

Team news:

Prediction:  Tough call – go with a draw. .

Worcester v Pertemps Bees

Only one result here as Worcester look to make it 26 wins out of 26 with their final match of the season when they entertain Pertemps Bees at Sixways.

The Bees have had a great season as well with their Powergen Cup run to the Semi finals and their pre Christmas league form was outstanding but over the last few weeks they have slipped down to fourth after Plymouth’s surge in the second half of the season.

Team news:

Prediction: Worcester to sign off with 15 point plus win.
