Terrace Talk - National Three North

Longton  v Waterloo

Waterloo go into the game knowing they can afford no slips ups in their bid for the National Three North League title even though Longton are bottom of the table and are there way back to Powergen Midlands One after just one season at this level.  After last weekends loss at Twickenham in the final of the Powergen Shield Waterloo will be looking to bounce back in style and secure the two pooints as they look to overhaul league leaders Halifax with two more wins after this match, away at Blaydon and at home to Longton.

Longton have not just had enough fire power in National Three North and will feel they will be even stronger next season in Powergen Midlands One than they were when they were promoted.

Prediction: must win match for Waterloo and it will be an away win by 20 points.
