Saturday 27th November
Blackheath v Newbury
Third placed Newbury travel to ninth placed Blackheath looking to get their good form going and keep in touch with the top two.
Newbury were given a tough match last week at home to Launceston but did come through 20-13 in the end and narrowed the gap on Stourbridge to just two points.
Blackheath were beaten at home 29-24 by Moseley and have won just one of five matches at home. The win was against Esher whilst they also managed a draw against Launceston back in September.
Prediction: Newbury by eight points.

Esher v Doncaster
Leaders Doncaster travel down to London to take on 11th placed Esher looking for a ninth win of the season from their ten matches with Stourbridge the only side stopping the Yorkshire side form a 100% record.
Esher were disappointing last week letting in five tries against struggling Bracknell and will know a defensive performance like that this week will be very costly.
Doncaster are not the leading scorers in the division that belongs to both Manchester and Moseley what they do have is the tightest defence with 96 points conceded, 43 fewer than anybody else.
Prediction: Doncaster by 10 points

Harrogate v Bracknell
Big game for both sides this with both needing victories to move away from the relegation zone as 12th placed Harrogate entertain 13th placed Bracknell.
Bracknell will be hoping to build on last weeks performance when they were winners for the first time this season in the league with a home victory over Esher running in five tries in the process. .
Harrogate made a reasonable start with two wins and a draw in their opening five league matches but are now on a four matches losing run which has seen the drop down the table into a dangerous position. They don’t have much problem scoring points they have scored more than six of the sides above them in the league table. The problem is at the other end of the table they have the worst defensive record and are the only side to conceded over 300 points to date.
Prediction: Harrogate to win by 8 points

Moseley v Wharfedale
Seventh placed Moseley take on one of the form sides in the division as they entertain fifth placed Wharfedale.
Moseley were away winners last weekend as they recovered from a first home defeat of the season the week before when they were beaten by Newbury. Last weeks win at Blackheath was their first away win of the season having lost their first three road trips.
They are joint top scores in the division and the majority of those have come at home where they have had some big wins this season.
Wharfedale after a dreadful start to the season have rapidly climbed the National One League table and are now on a six match winning run after last Saturdays home success in a Yorkshire derby over Harrogate. After losing heavily at Waterloo in their first road trip of the season Wharfedale have won three on the bounce.
Prediction: Tough call home win less than six points

Nuneaton v Launceston

Nuneaton have mad a disastrous start to the new season and returned to the bottom of the table last weekend after Bracknell won at home and Nuneaton were beaten at Manchester.
At home Nuneaton have picked up a draw and a win in their last two matches after losing their first two matches at Liberty Way this season.
Launceston have lost just the once this season away form home in five road trips. They have won two and drawn two of their other four matches.

Stourbridge v Manchester
Game of the day in National Two as second placed Stourbridge, entertain fourth placed Manchester in a game that could easily go either way.
Stourbridge have not won at home in their last two matches drawing against Doncaster and losing the previous match to Wharfedale after making a 2/0 start to the season at home.
Manchester have actually scored more points and conceded fewer points than the home side in the league this season but most have been at home. Away from home they have picked up just the one win in five this season and that was a 34-23 win at Wharfedale.
Prediction: Another tough call but home win less than five but could go either way.
