At Wagon Lane they have lost twice already this season going down to Tynedale and Fylde and cannot afford a third loss.
.
Darlington were home winners last Saturday winning the Darlington derby at Blackwell Meadows to end a two match losing run.
Darlington have managed just one win on the road this season, a narrow one point win at Bedford Athletic.

Cleckheaton have won just one of their last six matches and need to turn that run round but it might have to wait a week before the revival starts if it is too.

Darlington Mowden Park v Blaydon
A North East derby sees eighth placed Darlington Mowden Park play host to 10th placed Blaydon.
DMP are on a bad run at the moment and they have lost their last three matches and gone four without a win. At home they have done well this season with five wins from eight matches.
Mowden Park have had problems scoring enough points this season and only three sides in the division have scored fewer points than them, although one of those sides is Blaydon who are the lowest scorers in the division with just 225.
Blaydon are in their best form of the season and have put together a four match winning run now after Saturday’s excellent home success over Fylde. Away from home they have managed just two wins in seven matches on the road.
This is the first meeting between the two sides this season.

Fylde v Rugby Lions
Sixth placed Fylde entertain ninth placed Rugby Lions with both sides looking to get back to winning ways.
Fylde are looking to avoid a third straight defeat after slipping down the table of late. Fylde at home this season have got a 100% record with six straight wins but have picked up the four try bonus point in just two of them.
Rugby Lions have three wins and three defeats in their last six matches but seem unable to put together back to back wins.
On the road this season Rugby have a reasonable record with three wins and a draw in their seven matches.
When the sides met earlier in the season Fylde were 24-17 winners as Fylde look to do the double.
Prediction: Home win by less than six points.

Kendal at home have won four out of six matches including an excellent 22-14 win over Bradford & Bingley and picking up a bonus point in the 17-10 loss to Halifax.
New Brighton have lost consecutive matches and three of their last four matches and having played more games than the sides around them have a tough task to climb to many places in the table.
On the road this season New Brighton have done well with three wins from seven matches.
When the sides met earlier in the season New Brighton sneaked it with a late penalty goal 21-18.

Tynedale v Dudley Kingswinford
Fourth placed Tynedale entertain 12th placed DK who will be on a high after last week’s terrific win over Bradford & Bingley.
Tynedale are joint third but are 11 points away from second placed Macclesfield with a game in hand. At home this season they have won four and drawn one of their six matches with only leaders Halifax leaving with a win.
DK are looking for a third consecutive league win and with three wins already Tynedale cannot afford an off day against the Midlands outfit who could with a win at Tynedale Park move out of the bottom three.
Tynedale were 18-15 winners at Heathbrook earlier in the season and will be confident of doing the double over DK.
Prediction: Home win by 10 points.
