The Coaching Development Department has a number of staff based at Twickenham who are responsible for the overall strategy and management of Coaching Development. The personnel at HQ are supported Regionally, and more locally in the Counties, (known as Constituent Bodies - CBs), by 3 groups of people who are essential parts of the overall organisation, administration and delivery of Coaching Courses.
