England announce students squad for first match against Springboks

26th April 2005

The first representative squad to face the Springboks here in England has been announced today for the England Students match against the touring South Africans on Tuesday 3rd May at Aylesbury Rugby Club. The squad sees representation from 15 different universities as England seek to finish the season off in style following wins against Wales (48-0), Scotland (15-5) and the British Army (19-10).

The team shall once again be lead by University of Gloucestershire fly half Nancy Stone with UWIC’s Heather Fisher as vice captain.

The England squad in full is as follows:
