Please see the following information below regarding the forthcoming PDA’s over the 16th/17th July
St Mary’s College, Twickenham:
- Players should arrive between 10:00am - 10:45am, making their way to the Sports Centre (Building R on the campus map) to register their attendance. A full breakdown of the weekend will be presented before the start of the PDA weekend

- Training will begin promptly at 11:15am
- Nutritional Workshops will take place for all players over the weekend
- For non residential players, the PDA on the Saturday will finish at around 16:00pm
- The PDA on Sunday 17th July will finish at around 15:30pm
Nottingham University
- Players should arrive between 10:00am -10:45am, making their way to the Sports Centre to register their attendance. A full breakdown of the weekend will be presented before the start of the PDA weekend
- If arriving by car, please park on Beeston Lane

University College, Worcester
- Players should arrive between 10:00am - 10:45am, making their way to the Sports Centre (building 19 on the map) to register their attendance. A full breakdown of the weekend will be presented before the start of the PDA weekend
- Players arriving by car should park in the Long Term Car Park opposite

All players should bring the following:
- Rugby Kit (shorts, t-shirts, socks
- Boots (preferably moulded studs, as the ground will be hard)
- Trainers
- Gum Shield
- Water Bottle
- Sun Block
- Tracksuit/Off field clothing
- Casual Clothing (for players staying overnight)
- Lunch for Saturday

PLEASE NOTE: If you have requested accommodation for the Saturday night at any of the PDA venues and cancel the accommodation on the day of arrival, you will still be required to pay the £30 accommodation/PDA fee. |
