How do I affiliate my team?
The first step to affiliating your team is to read the Youth affiliation process please also refer to the Youth Age Band Structure for details of age bandings.
Once you have familiarised yourself with the process and age band structure please continue reading the information below.
New Team
You will need to complete Form 3, Form 17 & Form 18. The completed forms should then be sent to the RFUW.
Existing Team
Please complete and send in Form 3

Change of details
Remember it is your responsibility to inform the RFUW of any change to your Club’s officials as early as possible. This will allow the RFUW to have an up to date mailing list which will ensure that your club receives all important information that is sent to you. In order to facilitate this please complete Form 9 and send it to the address on the form.
