The RFUW require all women & girl’s team’s to register before each season. In addition senior players playing in a league must be registered before they can play.
Summary of affiliation process
- University returns completed RFUW University Affiliation Form by 31st August 2008. Along with completed Form 18 (Communication & data protection)
- RFUW creates a database of affiliated teams.
- BUSA to permit universities to participate in Merit Leagues and Knockout Competitions.
New or Existing Team
You will need to complete and send in Form 4, Form 18 and payment before 31st August 2008 for inclusion into the BUSA league, and non league teams can affiliate throughout the season.

- The Membership fee entitles a club to become a member of the RFUW, play friendly matches, have access to insurance and play in BUSA League.
Change of details
Remember it is your responsibility to inform the RFUW of any change to your Club’s officials as early as possible. This will allow the RFUW to have an up to date mailing list which will ensure that your club receives all important information that is sent to you. In order to facilitate this please complete Form 9and send it to the address on the form.
