The Harlequin Ladies will be holding a Rugby Coaching Day for Junior and Senior school girls on Saturday 23 July from 11am to 1pm. The training will take place at the NEC Harlequins Training Ground, Richardson Evans Playing Fields, Roehampton Vale, London, SW15 3PQ and is free of charge.  Registration is from 10.45am.

All girls in Years 4 to 13 are welcome to attend the session whether they are complete beginners or experienced players.  The session will be led by members of the Ladies Team, and will focus on a range of skills including, ball handling, lines of running and defending.
