5 Easy Steps to Completing the Questionnaire

To ensure that your questionnaire is completed online take the following steps;

Step 1: Ensure you have Group Manager permission level and login details. The existing Club Secretary and/or Webmaster should have these. If you are unaware of the details, please contact questionnairehelp@rfu.com.

Step 2: Once you have the login details and correct permissions, go to www.rfu.com/quest, enter these details in the boxes provided and click on ‘login’.

Step 3: In the next screen scroll to the bottom of the page and select the amend option. This will open the 2005/06 questionnaire, answers from the previous year's questionnaire will already be entered.

Step 4:  It is then the case of ticking the square box to the left of the question number if the answer remains the same, if the answer is different to last year's response, make the relevant change. Once you have completed all the questions on the page click on 'save/next' to the bottom left of the page.

Step 5: Once all the questionnaire sections listed on the left hand side have a tick to their right, click on 'finish' which appears on the black toolbar at the top of the page. The ticks signify that all the questions in that section have been completed. If there are gaps then they will be highlighted to you before a successful submission is possible.

FAQs

How to move to a specific question? For ease the questionnaire has been split into sections, which are listed on the left hand side of the questionnaire. Use this to quickly move to specific parts of the questionnaire.

How to see what questions need to be completed? Any section that still requires questions to be answered will not have a tick to the right of the relevant section displayed on the left of the screen. Click on this section and the questions that need to be completed (or ticked to confirm the existing questions) all have red coloured question numbers.

How to ensure you do not lose any work?

On clicking:

  • any of the buttons on the black toolbar at the top of the page, or
  • any of the questionnaire sections listed on the left of the questionnaire or
  • clicking ‘SAVE/NEXT’ or ‘SAVE/PREV’ the questions on that screen will be saved, and when you return to that screen you will see your amended questions. Do not close your internet connection without clicking on one of the above save mechanisms, e.g. clicking ‘SAVE/NEXT’ or ‘SAVE/PREV’.

How to Print the Questionnaire?  Go to www.rfu.com/quest and login, then select the print option which will open a separate window which contains the questionnaire. Then select file and print from the browser menu at the top of the screen.

How to submit your questionnaire to the RFU? On the black toolbar at the top of the questionnaire there is a ‘Finish’ button. For it to be successfully submitted all the questionnaire sections listed on the left hand side must have a tick to their right. This tick signifies that all the questions in that section have been completed. If there are gaps then they will be highlighted to you before a successful submission is possible.
