Rugby is the fastest growing sport among women. If you have always been interested in playing but you don't know where to start, the Rugby Taster Day is all you need.

To promote the game of Rugby to men & women of all ages, a group of Coventry & Warwickshire based clubs are organising a day full of fun, training, games and play to introduce new people to both Rugby Union and Rugby League.

The day will be held on Saturday 13^th August at Old Coventrians, Tile Hill Lane in Coventry.

Old Leamingtonians Women's RFC, and Nuneaton Ladies will be there to promote the game of Rugby Union to women and girls. The introductions for women start at 1pm and if there are enough players, there will be a game of touch rugby to give ladies a real taste for the game. The ladies of Coventry Vears will show you all the ins and out of Rugby League.

The men of Coventry Bears will play Hemel Hempstead in a League game whilst Old Coventrians play Newbold to show the fun of Rugby Union. 

After the hard work, there will be a buffet and barbeque and the day will finish off with a smashing karaoke and disco.
