The inaugural Cheshire County Championship and selection day was heralded a great success by team manager Vicky Brookes and coach Vicky Reeve.
40 women representing Altrincham Kersal, Chester, Heaton Moor, Manchester and Northwich women’s teams fought it out for 80 minutes for the club championship trophy and selection to the Cheshire Senior Women’s Squad. A wealth of talent was on display and impartial selectors had a very hard job choosing the lucky 18 selected to the squad who are:

The remaining 12 places in the squad will be filled using a proposal system from captains/coaches of all club, university and college teams in Cheshire.
