Harlequin Ladies Football Club will be holding a Girls Coaching Day for young rugby players on Saturday 22 April 2006 from 12.30pm to 2pm.  The event will take place on the playing fields on Craneford Way, behind the Twickenham Stoop Stadium.

Members of Harlequin Ladies will be on hand to coach girls of all abilities from ages 7-17 yrs, either as an introduction to the game or to help established players improve on their skills.  The coaching day will be held between 12.30pm to 2pm prior to the NEC Harlequins v Bedford game, which will be kicking off at 3pm.  Each new participant will be given a funky ‘Harlequin Youth Academy’ t-shirt and draw string bag.

Discounted tickets for the NEC Harlequins v Bedford game are available for girls and their families attending the coaching day.  These can be obtained by contacting Michelle Kendell on quinsladies@hotmail.com by Friday 14 April 2006.

Youth Co-ordinater, Michelle Kendell said "Harlequins are heavily committed to rugby in the community and our popular girls' development days are very much part of this scheme.  Our coaching days have gone from strength to strength and it’s great that we can run them alongside an NEC Harlequins home match."
