Worcester Ladies looking for new head coach

Worcester Ladies are looking for a new head coach to lead their club forward in the 2006/07 season.

The club has developed into becoming one of the most successful ladies clubs in the Midlands.  It has very successful under 14s and under 17s sections.  The senior teams have players that represent their countries at differing levels from students, to Under 19s and captains of England and Wales.

Worcester Ladies play at and share training facilities with Guinness Premiership men’s outfit, the Worcester Warriors, which means the club has excellent facilities both in doors and out and facilities which are available all year round.

This year saw several young players’ gain Premiership experience and resulted in the highest league finish ever (third) as well as making it into the final of the RFUW National Cup.

As a head coach you’ll need to be able to work as part of a team of coaches who are there to help and support you.  Ideally you will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays for training and being able to attend matches on Sundays.

As a club we offer you the opportunity to work with some of the best ladies rugby players in the country and would support you in your coaching development while working with the ladies.

This is a very exciting time for Worcester Ladies and if you feel you would like to be part of a team and club that aspires to be the best they can both on or off the field please send your rugby CV or contact either of the people below with a number and they will call you back for a chat.

niall.crawf@btinternet.com  (Chair Person)
fruity_06@yahoo.com   (Mel Berry 1st team Captain)

We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our club.
