The Rugby Football Union for Women will be holding its first ever Divisional Clubs Conference for women’s clubs in the Midlands & East area on July 1st at Coventry RUFC.

The new look conference replaces the National Conference to give clubs a more personal slant on rugby in their region.

The conference agenda will see a packed day focusing on the development of club rugby as a whole, from building a team to recruiting volunteers, offering both informative and practical sessions as well as enlightening presentations. 

Claire Sanderson, the RFUW’s Midlands Rugby Development Manager, said: “These conferences are extremely useful for clubs planning for the future and there will be an opportunity to share best practices with other clubs.”
