Salary: £26-£28,000 plus company car and other benefits

The Rugby Football Union for Women Ltd (RFUW) is looking to appoint two Women’s Rugby Development Manager’s (WRDM’s) to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of its Strategic Plan objectives for London North & South (Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Middlesex, Essex, Herts, Eastern Counties) and for the South West (Glos, Dorset and Wilts, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall).
The positions will have responsibility for achieving the allocated targets for the regions in liaison with the RFU’s staff and volunteers as well as working through the RFUW delivery structures.
The London position will be located at Twickenham and the South West position in Bristol. The posts are responsible to the National Development Manager.
These are challenging positions and the successful candidates will be part of a small dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the opportunities available in rugby for women and girls.
Candidates should have good knowledge and experience of sports development, as well as good communication and influencing skills. Knowledge of women’s rugby and volunteer management experience would be an advantage.
