Super League Celtic Squad Coaches, Manager and Physio Vacancies

 

The Rugby Football Union for Women’s successful Super League (SL) competition returns again this season.  The competition that brings together the best players in the country to play off against each other in a four team round robin will this year include a Celtic team. The Celtic side will bring together the best players selected by the home union countries and the top two teams will play at Twickenham as a curtain raiser to the Guinness Premiership final at the end of the competition.

The Celtic team sessional staff will be appointed by the RFUW and vacancies are as follows:

Head Coach / Asst Coach - You should be a qualified coach (Level 3 desirable).  You will be responsible for the selection and preparation of the Celtic Super League team.  Click for full job description for Head Coach  or Click here for Assistant Coach JD.

Manager  -  Responsible for all organisation and administration matters for the Celtic Squad and staff on training and match days as well as communication with players and staff.  .  Click for full job description.

Physiotherapist - A position is available for a physiotherapist to work with the Celtic Squad at training and matches. Excellent clinical skills are required.  Click for full job description

Contract Period:       23rd March to 1st June 2007

Contracted to           RFUW Ltd

Salary:                        All staff will be paid on a sessional basis

Location:                    Training and selection for SL teams will be held in the London area

Hours:                        Weekends and some evenings, programme dates below, applicants should be available for all of these dates.
