A Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel met last night (Monday) at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn to hear a case against Nevaro Codlin of Coney Hill RFC.
Codlin was sent off in a match against Reading RFC on December 8th, 2007. He was charged with striking contrary to Law 10(4)(a) and two charges of conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Game or the Union and contrary to Rule 5.12 of the Rules of the Rugby Football Union.
Codlin pleased guilty to striking and was also found guilty of the two charges of conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Game or the Union and contrary to Rule 5.12 of the Rules of the Rugby Football Union.
Codlin was suspended for five weeks and is free to play again on February 25th, 2008.
