Players wishing to play for a club in RFU League and Cup Competitions are required to be registered to that club in accordance with the RFU Regulations and Operating Procedures – Season 2003/2004. Attached are samples of the Season 2003/2004 Player Registration Form, Edition 14, accompanied by the inside leaf of the Registration Booklet providing guidance notes on both the Player Registration Form and Foreign Players. For your convenience, you will also find a Notification of Transfer Form, which is designed to inform the club the player intends to seek effective registration with the applicant club and Foreign Player Amateur Declaration, to be completed when registering Foreign Players with the following Visa’s ‘Working Holiday Maker’, ‘Student’ or ‘Visitors’.
