This season the RFUW are operating a series of U16 player development sessions (PDS) in all regions.
The sessions will run along side the regional programme that began last weekend, and has been designed to offer further opportunities for U16 players who have been unsuccessful in making the regional squads and for those who did not trial for the regional squads.
The session will focus on individual player development, focusing on core skill areas including handling, defence and decision making.
Players will be assessed during the sessions and it will provide a further opportunity for talented players to identified, allowing them to progress along the RFUW player pathways.
