Regional Programme 2004 - Evaluation

As we near the conclusion of the 2004 Regional Programme, we are already looking to next season, building on the success of this year, and of course looking to improve for next season. Therefore I would like to invite all staff, players and parents to provide us with feedback, what has gone well, not so well, general feelings, areas to improve etc.

To add a small incentive to all concerned to return the evaluation sheets, all returned sheets will be entered into a prize draw, with the winner receiving a gift voucher from the Rugby Store - http://www.rfu.com/therugbystore/shop.asp

All evaluation and comments will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Please return the evaluation sheets to us by 14th May.
